We take immense pride in our work—because when even one step in the 27-step process goes wrong, it shows. Every detail matters, and we never cut corners.
We use only the highest-quality ingredients available to us locally—farm-fresh eggs, artisanal unbleached and unbromated flour, and absolutely no preservatives. We cook only with with pure european butter and olive oil—never seed oils—so you can enjoy every bite knowing it's crafted with integrity and care to create delicious food that you can feel good about.
